Isuna Technologies is proud to serve as the Technical Partner for the State-to-State Learning Exchange Program, a strategic collaboration with the Nigeria Governors' Forum (NGF). This initiative is designed to transform Nigeria’s health system by identifying, documenting, and scaling innovative, homegrown solutions to the country's most pressing public health challenges.
Across Nigeria, state health ministries are developing highly effective solutions to address critical challenges in maternal and child health, disease surveillance, immunisation, workforce development, and health service delivery. However, many of these successes remain undocumented, under-shared, or confined to individual states. Consequently, states frequently expend valuable time and resources reinventing solutions to problems that have already been solved elsewhere within the country.
The State-to-State Learning Exchange Program is built on a powerful premise: some of the most effective solutions to Nigeria's health challenges already exist within Nigeria. By helping states learn from one another and scaling what works, we can accelerate progress, reduce duplication of effort, strengthen health systems, and improve health outcomes for millions of Nigerians.
Through this initiative, Isuna Technologies works directly with state governments and health leaders to systematically identify and disseminate exemplary practices. Our technical assistance focuses on:
• Identifying credible, high-impact public health practices that have demonstrated measurable results.
• Strengthening documentation and evidence generation to ensure these practices are verifiable and transferable.
• Creating structured opportunities for peer learning and knowledge exchange across state lines.
• Supporting the adaptation, adoption, and institutionalisation of effective practices in new contexts through readiness assessments, implementation planning, and targeted technical assistance.
By making proven solutions travel further and faster, this program is actively driving Nigeria closer to achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC).
